FAQs

Can I still access my projects at the end of the free 30-day trial period?

Definitely yes. You can still access your projects thanks to our Viewer free basic plan, with a limited number of features, at the end of your free 30-day full trial period. You can still view unlimited projects, but you can only draw up to five projects adding a maximum of 30 elements per project. The Viewer plan gives you access to a limited number of features, preventing you from using Collaboration, Customization, Version History and Documentation. With the Viewer plan, you cannot share your projects, but you can still view those shared with you. If you have more than 5 projects, you’ll still be able to view them, but you won’t be able to add any more projects or elements (in case the latter are more than 30).

What if I exceed the maximum number of projects allowed for my paid account?

In that case, you would be one of our superusers and you can contact us for more space.

Can I pay with Paypal?

We’re afraid we do not support Paypal payments. However, all major cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express) are accepted.

I do not have a company credit card. Can I pay by bank transfer?

If you are part of a large organization and you wish to purchase an enterprise account, please contact us.

Who processes my payment?

Our primary processing system for credit cards is provided by Stripe.

How do I know my credit card details are secure?

We use industry-standard (TLS/SSL) to encrypt all the communications between your computer and our site. When you pay by credit card, your card details are not stored on our servers; the fields where you enter your card credit details are securely served directly to your computer by our payment processor, Stripe, and your card details are communicated directly to our processor and your issuing bank, over encrypted connections.

Can I try Cardanit before I buy it?

Yes, you can. To start using Cardanit we always give you a free 30-day full trial. After your free trial expires, you can choose to pay for your favorite subscription plan if you want to enjoy Cardanit full features. You may even choose to subscribe to Cardanit before the trial expires and you will still be able to enjoy your free days remaining to the expiry date.

Do I get a volume discount if I want to have several accounts for my company?

We can tailor an enterprise plan that suits your company's needs. Please contact us with your needs and we’ll be happy to provide you with a quote.

What if I want to switch from monthly to annual subscription?

If you need to change your type of subscription you can do it from your account profile. Your new yearly subscription will start as you change it, with the remainder of your monthly payment to that date contributing to your annual subscription.

What if I want to switch from annual to monthly subscription?

This option is currently unavailable. If you wish to do so, you have to cancel your annual plan and after its expiry you can start a new monthly subscription.

Can I change from an individual account to a company account?

Definitely. If you need to change your type of subscription please contact us.

I have a Go account. Can I upgrade to Run?

Sure. Go to your profile from the editor. Click Upgrade from the Subscription section and select Run. Your new subscription package is going to be active from that very moment, by paying the pro-rata difference between the two plans. From the following month/year, you are going to pay the full price for your Run subscription.

Can I downgrade from Run to Go?

If you subscribed to a Run account (either monthly or annual) and want to downgrade to Go, you need to cancel your current subscription, wait for its expiry and start a new Go subscription.

I want to cancel my subscription. How can I do it?

You can do this by going to ‘Edit account’ in the editor and cancel your subscription at any time. Your paid subscription will still be valid till its expiry date. You will be downgraded to the Viewer plan after the end of the paid period.
