You can customize the appearance of components and text to make your diagram clearer and easier to read.
Use the Appearance tab in the Attributes panel, or the equivalent tools in the action toolbar that appears above a selected component.
Select the component.
Click
Open the Appearance tab and make your changes.

To format multiple components of the same type — for example, all decisions in the diagram:
Press Shift, then select all the components you want to format.
Depending on the type of component you select, you can configure the following formatting options:
Format the color style of components.
Border: Change the color of the component’s outline.
Fill: Change the color of the inside of a component.
Format label text, typography, and alignment.
Font family and size: Select a font from the dropdown list and adjust the text size.
Text formatting: Apply bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, or change the text color.
Alignment: Adjust paragraph alignment and vertical position.
Format the appearance of Knowledge, Information and Authority Requirements and Associations.
Straight / Elbow: Toggle the line style between a straight direct line or a segmented elbow line.
Radius: Change the curve radius of corners.
Color: Change the line color.
