You can customize the appearance of elements, connecting elements and labels to make your diagram clearer and easier to read.
Select the element.
In the Configuration panel, select Attributes.
Open the Appearance tab and make your changes.
To undo changes:
To format multiple elements of the same type — for example, all tasks in the diagram:
Press Shift, then select all the elements you want to format.
Depending on the type of element you select, you can configure the following formatting options:
Format the color style of elements.
Border: Change the color of the element’s outline.
Fill: Change the color of the inside of an element.
Format label text, typography, and alignment.
Font family and size: Select a font from the dropdown list and adjust the text size.
Text formatting: Apply bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, or change the text color.
Alignment: Adjust paragraph alignment and vertical position.
Format the appearance of Sequence Flows, Message Flows, and Data Associations.
Straight / Elbow: Toggle the line style between a straight direct line or a segmented elbow line.
Radius: Change the curve radius of corners.
Color: Change the line color.
